lately

So not a whole lot has been going on except for a few things..

-baby barton is a confirmed GIRL! thrilled!!!! I am now just shy of 21 weeks! half way done!
-canned my first boxes of peaches (quite proud of myself)
-curtis came to visit for a week
-finally got my own apartment again
-Curtis moves home next week!! yahoo!

When Curt was down we did a date night!

We're Seeing Pink!

So I went to a 4D early gender determination place called "My baby's first ultrasound" and she said we are having a little girl!! We are thrilled! All I can say is that I better not be part of the 4% that was mistaken!!

14 weeks!

Whats new with us? Well..

most of you may have heard by now that I am pregnant! About 14 weeks now, and our baby is due

March 5, 2012.

Exciting exciting! Although my morning sickness wasn't super bad (besides 2 weeks of it), I feel so happy to say that I am now in the SECOND trimester!! yahoo!!!


-I have an appetite again! (except I still struggle with green veggies.. (baby must be a boy if I can't eat my greens!!!)

-Rocky Road!- I almost refuse to eat any dessert besides my favorite ice cream Rocky Road!.. unless its a sucker or sour candy. (And yes, I am very protective over my ice cream, probably not the best sharer)




-I have more energy and motivation to actually work out more regularly again! And it feels so good! Everytime I go to the gym and literally EVERY time I see this other pregnant girl that looks like about 5-6 months pregnant running/walking on the tred. and she looks great! She is kind of my secret motivation during this pregnancy!!



-Staring this week I am going to try to do yoga 1-2 times a week this whole pregnancy! I guess we will see how it actually works out!






Curtis is still in Kansas and probably won't come visit for another month! eek I hate this long distance thing!

I start my new job on Thursday (I was supposed to go back to my old job but my manager told me last minute they didn't have enough work/hours open, not a fun day for me!) I am happy with how things worked out though!




On another note.. CAN'T WAIT for all my favorite shows to start soon!!! Is that pathetic?

rocky point!

So after not seeing Curt for a month he finally came down to visit and we thought we could do a last minute trip to rocky point! I haven't been since highschool so it was fun to go back!! After rocky point we thought we would be spontanious and drive to cali and try to escape AZ's deathly heat wave!!

BBQ in Park City!!

My family and I drove to UT and we stayed up in Park City most of the time! My parents have a time share so we thought we would have a BBQ up there! I am a big Park City fan in the summer.. SO pretty!

Curtis is still in Kansas so he wasn't able to come. He recently went to Long Island for about 2 weeks to sell. I haven't seen him in about a month and I miss him so much! I didn't not sign up to be an army wife!! But hopefully we will get to see eachother soon.)

After Lake Powell I went to ut for a few days and got to see one of my good friends from highschool, Jenny, who has the cutest baby belly!! Can you believe she's 8 1/2 months here?

So since we decided I should move back to AZ and get back to my old job, Curtis drove me down and stayed for a week! A few things we did were lots of lunch dates, floated the river and a diamond backs game!

Anniversary

Curt and I had our very FIRST anniversary on June 28. Although we did not take one picture.. (still so sad about it!!)

I wanted to do a little shout out and say how much I love and appreciate my amazing husband!!

This past year has been the best year with lots of adventures and learning experiences!!!
